By accessing the Latent Systems network or initiating a purchase sequence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Operations. These protocols constitute a legally binding agreement between the Operator (you) and Latent Systems. If you do not agree to these protocols, terminate your session immediately.
02 // Anti-Bot & Scalping Defense
Latent Systems employs algorithmic countermeasures to detect non-human traffic. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order flagged by our security matrix as:
- Generated by automated scripts, bots, or scrapers.
- Exhibiting "High-Velocity" checkout patterns consistent with unauthorized software.
- Exceeding household quantity limits (Max 2 units per SKU per operator).
Accounts flagged for bot activity will be permanently blacklisted.
03 // Pricing & Availability
Dynamic Environment: Prices and availability of assets are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
04 // Intellectual Property
All digital assets, code structures, visual media, and branding elements within this domain are the exclusive property of Latent Systems. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our interface or product designs is strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate legal countermeasures.
05 // Limitation of Liability
Latent Systems products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind. In no case shall Latent Systems, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or interns be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
