01 // Domain Restrictions

Latent Systems hardware is available for deployment exclusively within the United States. We do not process, fulfill, or acknowledge orders with destination vectors outside the contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. Attempting to bypass this restriction via proxy services is done at the client's sole risk.

02 // Transfer of Risk (F.O.B. Origin)

Legal Protocol: All deployments are shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Origin. This means liability for the asset transfers from Latent Systems to the client the moment the package is scanned by the carrier.

• Latent Systems is NOT liable for lost, stolen, or intercepted packages once they have left our facility.
• We are not responsible for "Porch Piracy." Secure your drop zone.
• Claims for lost transit must be filed by the client directly with the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx).

03 // Processing Latency

Orders are processed in the sequence received. Standard Latency: 24-72 hours for handling prior to carrier hand-off.
During high-traffic drops, processing times may extend. This processing time is separate from the transit time. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs due to processing delays.

04 // Address Integrity

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the input coordinates (Shipping Address). Latent Systems' automated fulfillment protocol does not permit manual alteration of addresses once a sequence is confirmed.

• If an asset is returned to us due to an incorrect address: The client will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
• We do not reship. You must re-acquire the asset in a new sequence.
