01 // The Finality Doctrine

Latent Systems operates on a limited-run drop model. Due to the scarcity and secure nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL upon sequence completion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of:

• Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
• Incorrect size selection (Review sizing charts prior to execution).
• Variations in color perception due to screen calibration.

02 // Structural Integrity Failures (Defects)

In the rare event of a manufacturing anomaly (defect) or incorrect asset delivery:

• You must initiate a secure signal (contact us) within 48 hours of carrier delivery timestamp.
• Photographic evidence of the anomaly is mandatory for protocol initiation.
• Assets reported after the 48-hour window are considered accepted and non-contestable.

03 // Return Vector & Liability

If a return is exceptionally authorized by Latent Systems command:

• Return Shipping: The client assumes full fiscal responsibility for return vectors (shipping costs). We do not provide prepaid labels.
• Restocking Fee: A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies to any authorized non-defect return to cover re-sanitization and inventory logic.
• Risk of Loss: Latent Systems is not liable for return packets lost or intercepted in transit. Use a tracked and insured vector.

04 // Asset Condition

Returned assets must be in Zero-State Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of biological contaminants (hair, odors, fluids). Original packaging and biometric tags must be intact.

Assets failing this inspection will be rejected and disposed of. No refund will be issued, and the asset will not be returned to the client.
