Latent Systems minimizes data intake to what is strictly necessary for operational execution. When you initiate a sequence (purchase) or navigate our domain, we collect specific "Device Information" and "Order Information."

• Device Information: IP address, time zone, browser signature, and cookie data. This is used for load balancing and threat detection.
• Order Information: Name, billing address, shipping coordinates, and payment confirmation tokens. We do not store full credit card numbers; these are tokenized by our payment processors.

02 // Operational Usage

We do not monetize your identity. Latent Systems does not sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party data brokers. Collected data is utilized strictly for:

• Fulfillment: Executing the delivery vector of your assets.
• Communication: Transmitting secure order confirmations and tracking IDs.
• Screening: Scanning for potential risk or fraud (Anti-Bot protocols).

03 // Third-Party Integration

To execute our mission, we interface with select third-party subsystems. Data shared with these entities is limited to what is required for them to perform their function:

• Shopify: Hosting and commerce backend.
• Payment Processors: Secure financial tokenization.
• Logistics Carriers: Coordinates required for physical delivery (UPS/USPS).

04 // Data Retention & Erasure

We maintain Order Information for our records to satisfy fiscal and legal auditing requirements unless you request deletion. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific data erasure rights (CCPA/GDPR), you may initiate a "Right to be Forgotten" request via our secure contact channel. Note that transactional records required for tax purposes cannot be purged.
